Do I need a prescription to order?
No, not in our online store.

Are there any age restrictions for those under 18?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age to complete a purchase.

Can I order even though I'm not a professional bodybuilder?
Yes you can, provided you are 18 years old.

Is there a minimum order?
No, there’s no minimum order amount.

Is it legal to purchase steroids on the internet?
The laws vary from country to country. In the UK, it is legal to own and take steroids but you won’t be able to purchase these substances over the counter. This is why ordering online is the safest and best method available to receive your desired substances without any issues or concerns.

Can I contact you regarding product information?

Yes, we are happy to advise you on all related matters. Furthermore, all of the information regarding these products are available freely on the internet. But as a precautionary measure, if you are under the age of 18, unfortunately the communication stops there.

Which brands of steroids are best?

There are hundreds of bodybuilders and hundreds of options on the market - some people prefer some brands rather than others depending on their personal choice. The saying, “you get what you pay for” is very true. Asian products are cheaper than European products, but European products are of better quality based on opinions from many customers and also professionl testing done by laboratories.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the products?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction for the brands that we provide, such as: Alpha Pharma, Dragon Pharma, Maxtreme, Magnum Pharmaceuticals and BM Pharmaceuticals. If you are eating and training well and are not satisfied with the results of these products, we will refund you the money that you committed.

Ordering information

The fastest way to order
In the left column, you can choose to display steroids by Type, Brand, Active ingredient or the by country it’s manufactured in. Orders can be easily executed within a matter of minutes.

Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as you have not made the payment yet. The best way is to discard the old order confirmation email and create a new one. If you have any further questions regarding this, you can contact our customer service team for help and assistance.

How can I get discounts?
If you have tried our products and services a few times after some repeat orders, our loyal customers are rewarded with a list of special price discounts, promotions and any new alternative payment options. You will be notified via email.

Payment Information

I do not see any payment information on the website, how do I pay?
On completion of your order, the payment information will be displayed on-screen or sent to you by email.

What is the procedure after completion of an order?
Refer to the payment instructions shown upon confirmation of your order. Once you pay for your order and the payment arrives on our side, we will prepare and dispatch your package straight away. Your payment usually arrives within 2-3 days and in some rare cases it can take up to 4-5 days (depending on which day of the week your payment was processed).

Delivery Information

Is a tracking code available?
Yes, but we only send tracking numbers to customers in case of problems with the post office (depending on each country). Shipping usually takes seven days from the time of receiving payment. In rare cases deliveries may take up to 12 working days. If you do not receive your package during this period, please send us a message and we will send you a tracking code/number to help to resolve the issue.

How long does delivery take?
It depends on many factors, but generally the packages arrives within 7 days of shipping. In rare cases the delivery may take up to 12 days.

Is a signature required upon receipt of the shipment?
No. Signed delivery can be requested if needed, but generally we do not send parcels which require a signature in order to receive the parcel.

If it has been three weeks and still no parcel has been delivered to my door.
Consult with your local post office and at the same time notify us. If the shipment is lost or remains stuck at the customs office indefinitely, we will ship your package a second time at our own expense. The only requirement is this second delivery must then be sent to another different address. We can track on the postage system whether a parcel has arrived or has been held at customs, therefore this second parcel will only be sent free of charge if the delivery status on the system confirms that the parcel has been seized at customs.


After-sales service

Missing products in my order:
Either we have not received full payment for your order or an error has occurred on our side while packing the parcel. With regards to the second scenario, contact us and we will immediately send the missing goods, including a small gift to help make up for the inconvenience!

I received a damaged product:
It’s unlikely: our products are packaged better than any other postal company, or even Amazon! However, if a product is severely damaged, someone would have had to play basketball with the package for damage like this to happen. In this rare case, send us a photo of the damaged product and we will send you a new product at our own expense.
